If you wish to exchange an item(s), email tyler@nautandchain with your order number/proof of purchase and the item you wish to return/exchange.
Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted 21 days, we will then refund your original form of payment. We do not refund for shipping costs. If you return your items after the 30-day limit we may be able to offer you Naut & Chain web-store credit.
