Warranty Policy:

We offer a 90-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects, or defective parts.

The following are not covered by our 90-day warranty:
-Lost items or parts
-Physical damage or damage due to normal wear and tear and scratches in the metal.

Fine Jewelry Warranty: 

All solid karat gold and pave diamond jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty which covers lost stones and settings. Should a diamond fall out we will replace or fix the item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches in the metal, or the loss of entire items. All solid karat gold and pave fine jewelry must be sent to Naut & Chain for repair or replacement and provide proof of purchase.

Return Policy:

For up to 30 days, we’ll gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise purchased on nautandchain.com for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), submit to: (https://nautandchain.myreturnscenter.com) with your order number/ proof of purchase and the item you wish to return/exchange. You will be given further instructions after approval. 

*All items purchased on sale or discounted are only eligible for store credit or product exchange.

Please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly.

Keep in mind that exchanges are handled as returns. Once you email us your order number, feel free to purchase your new desired item(s) from our website at any time.

Once your package has been delivered safely to us, your refund or store credit will be processed within ten (5) business days.  Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.  

We do not refund shipping costs. If you return your items after the 30-day limit we may be able to offer you Naut & Chain web-store credit.  Please submit your request through:

Exchanges:

If you wish to make an exchange, please email us at info@nautandchain.com, often times you may need to place a new order (unless replacing an item that has been damaged).

 

TAXES/DUTIES - INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: 

You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We cannot calculate customs fees and duties and Naut & Chain is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of return shipment back to Naut & Chain. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We highly recommend insuring the package and keeping track of your tracking number to assure it makes it back to us safely. Please package your item well to prevent damages to the item - as damaged items will not be accepted.
