30 Day Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy: For up to 30 days, we’ll gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise purchased on nautandchain.com for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), submit a request to:

Keep in mind that exchanges are handled as returns. Once you email us your order number, feel free to purchase your new desired item(s) from our website at any time.

Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted 30 days, we will then refund your original form of payment. We do not refund shipping costs. If you return your items after the 30-day limit, we may be able to offer you Naut & Chain web-store credit.
